4. Credits and Billing

PostAlchemy AI operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased through our billing system
• Transcription costs 2 credits per file
• Content repurposing costs 1 credit per platform
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to PostAlchemy AI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and analyze your content using AI technology
• Generate platform-optimized versions of your content
• Store your content for the purpose of providing the Service

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content

8. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTALCHEMY AI AND COBRA AI SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms
